Agree with the first part, slightly disagree on the latter. Whether it was the system specific IDs of the plugin in the past, or the again system (or, better said, configuration) specific registry keys in the present, HWiNFO could use a more generic reference to the stuff on a computer - you know, something that will work right away if you install it or the skin on another computer or another installation on the same computer. That "portability" or "user friendly" part is lacking when it comes to HWiNFO, IMHO - because otherwise I understand the need to be precise / specific when it comes to various hardware components.HWiNFO is probably the most complete and robust one, and quite easy to use once you set up the sensors to write to the registry one time
