i think FrostedGlass plugin should be package into this skin, create a new plugin or adding frostedglass code it's a bit useless since that's more like a copy paste unless the new plugin to add blur uses a new way to apply blur behind the window.
Anyways, package FrostedGlass plugin in your skin, 1.2.1 will be a optimizated version
