Help: Rainmeter Skins • Help hiding this visualizer when there's no audio playing

I've tried lots of things from measuring audio with winamp and winnowplaying, but i think AudioLevel is the best option since it's universal. This code doesn't seem to work to switch the visualizer on and off based on the audio level being 0 or not. it activates it but doesn't deactivate so it doesn't seem to recognise the AudioLevel plugin.
