Yep, it's a false positive, as nstechbytes mentioned. It takes some time from AV vendors to 'validate' new programs or versions of a program, especially if such a program is not a product of major companies, so I'm sure that if you now reanalyze the same file, you'll get fewer positives from (sometimes questionable) AV vendors. See my post from the link nstechbytes mentioned for a standard way to approach these things in the future - basically taking some things with a grain of salt. That being said, reporting these things is useful so that's fine - just that there is no need to panic in such situations. One way to avoid this in the case of Rainmeter is to wait a few days before updating it, so that AVs get the time to properly flag the new version. ;)
