You're welcome from my part - glad you got it working as expected!HWiNFO was indeed set to run as Admin so I have disabled that thanks SilverAdze.
The setting that fixed this however was Show sensors at startup so thanks Yincognito (I already had the option ticked to minimise instead of close). My meters have a mix of HKLM and HKLU as I was testing but all working ok. I'll go and standardise now to HKLU.
